First Lady Jenefer Powell is the beloved wife and ministry partner of Bishop Colin C. Powell Sr., sharing over 40 years of marriage, ministry, and faithful service to God and His people. She is a pillar of strength, grace, and spiritual nurture within the Glenway Church family.
Her ministry is marked by a deep love for people — particularly women, families, and young believers — and she carries out that calling through pastoral care, mentorship, and her enduring presence in the life of the church. First Lady Powell models the Proverbs 31 woman in both character and deed.

Together with Bishop Powell, she is the proud parent of three children — Colin Jr., Kristen, and Zachary — and grandmother to eight grandchildren. Her family is her testimony, and her testimony is her ministry.
